DEPART FOR COLUMBIA, S. C. MIAMI, Fla., March 1. Frank J. Kearns left for Columbia, S. C, this morning. Jockey C. Reynolds, who has been doing lightweight riding for Kearns recently, has been orderd to report to his contract employers, the Buxton Brothers, and he will accompany Kearns to Columbia.
