The latter, forced to race wide in the early stages, continued gamely and was wearing down the winner. WANDEROO tired in the final drive. SUPER PURCHASE challenged gamely in the last eighth, but could not get up. LILLIAN Z., away well, swerved to the inside entering the stretch and tired. GAY ATTIRE began slowly. DOUBLE HEART moved up resolutely on the inside under punishment on the turn and was going gamely at the end. PENNATE tired in the last sixteenth after being close up all the way.
