LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS J. Gilbert continues to display brilliant riding form. He added nine winners to his total last week and increased his lead over Gilbert Elston by four winning mounts. Gilbert now has a total of sixty-three winners and Elston fifty-one. The latter scored with five of his mounts last week. Gilbert took the riding honors for the week for the second time in succession. S. Coucci gained ground on H. Mills by riding eight winners while the latter was riding only four.
