ALLENFERN OUT OF DERBY MIAMI, Fla., March 1. Joe Edwards made the first declaration in the Kentucky Derby when he scratched Allenfern. The firing irons will be, applied to Allenferns front legs from the kr ies down. No Attempt will be made to get Allenfern back to thQ races before the Saratoga meeting.
