I NEW YORK TURF NOTES s , Joe Healy, who recently arrived from Havana, has assumed charge of the division that his brother J. Simon left here fo: the winter. The latter will remain at St. Johns Park for that meeting; Bob Robertson arrived at Belmont Park with the public stable that he trained there during the winter. He has taken over the Madden stable for thi3 season. . Steeplechase jockey "Dolly" Byers will resume riding this season. Byers applied for a license yesterday. Ho has been out of the saddle a year, due to injuries suffered when he fell with Jolly Roger at Belmont Park. An influx of horses from Columbia, S. C, is expected at Jamaica next week. In the lot are the stables of T. M. Cassidy, W. T. Anderson and others. Caerleon, which the Wheatley Stable turned back after the purchase to the Cochran estate, will be shipped to New York with the other horses that George Strate has in his charge. Caerleon is pronounced an extremely fast horse.
