NEW YORK TURF NOTES I $ 9 Fritz Weiner arrived at Aqueduct with five horses from Miami, where they were raced during the winter. Included in the lot were Protractor, Workless, Prepare, Star Royal and Normalcy. Bill Clancy arrived at Jamaica from New Orleans with the following horses: Squeaky, Sergt. Donaldson, Tommy Lad and Black Tyrone. Word was received at Jamaica that the J. J. Robinson horses, headed by the Louisiana Derby winner Lucky Tom, would be shipped North in the near future. The horses will be ready for racing at Jamaica. Clarence Buxton wired superintendent Louis Francis at Aqueduct that he would arrive there April 1. Buxton will ship twenty-five horses from the Columbia, S. C., winter training grounds. Joe Kahn arrived at Jamaica with the two-year-olds Ipral and Woco. In the same shipment was Bud Mays Charleigh. They came from Florida. Bob Odom, who raced at Miami, according I i to word received today, will ship to Belmont Park tomorrow.
