BELMONT SCHOOLING BEGINS NEW YORK, N. Y., March 24. Schooling of two-year-olds and older horses was inaugurated yesterday at Belmont Park. The permanent barrier on the back stretch was rigged up and placed in use. The work will be done under the supervision of starter Cassidy each morning, with the exception of Sunday.
