BLUE BLITZEN, in close quarters on the inside near the far turn, saved ground entering the stretch and, responding to urging in the stretch, jtlasted REPROOF in the final drive. The latter raced close up from the start, went to the outside of the leaders entering the stretch and finished fast. CHIPPER showed I good performance and finished well. CHARLIE was used up racing MARGARET CAL ino defeat, then tired. JUST IMAGINE began slowly, but closed fast on the inside. HOWEE was away slowly. TETRARCHAL had no mishaps. RISK, away well, was shuffled back when she tried to come through on the inside passing the half mile post, closed a gap under urging, but could not menace the winner. LILLIE D., close up from the start, tired in the stretch, but was bearing out at the end. LIGHT BREEZE had no mishaps. CAPRICIOUS propped at the start. RACCOON, under restraint to the stretch turn, moved up resolutely when called upon and finished well. LAUGHING QUEEN tired at the end.
