. J WOODBINE PARK NOTES 4 $ The exodus to Kings Park, Montreal, has already begun from Woodbine. Fred English is sending Domineer and Hanky Rice to take part in the Quebec meeting. A. L. Wyn-ston, Jr., is sending Varsity, Sometime, Tipsy and the Canadian-bred filly Calrack, a daughter of Calgary and Hayrack. The Wynston string is in charge of F. Russell. The latter has definitely decided to retire from the saddle and will, in the future, confine his activities to training. Ex-jockey R. Punshon is taking Vendee to take part in the same meeting. Jockey Stanley Stretton received injuries to his head Thursday morning at Thorn-" cliffe. Stretton had just been given the leg up on Lute when the latter reared in the air and Strettons head struck a beam in the shed. He was rushed to the hospital, but later was able to be taken to his home. It is expected that he will be back galloping horses in a few davs.
