REBUILDING RIVERSIDE PARK KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 12.— The Riverside Park Jockey Club is confident that the grandstand and other buildings destroyed by fire last Monday will be rebuilt in time for the opening of the spring meeting Saturday. May 21. A force of 225 carpenters and seventy-five laborers working in three eight-hour shifts have the task of rebuilding well under way, and the management feels sanguine that everything will be completed; about the middle of next week.
