Y., June 2.— Both Brandon Mint, from the Brandon Stable, and Flag Pole, from the Brookmeade Stable, have been named in the supplemental closing for the Classic of the Arlington Park Jockey Club. Brandon Mint was a contender in the Kentucky Derby all the way, after having struck himself badly in the running. It was an injury that has kept him out of all of his following engagements up to this time. Flag Pole, on his Belmont trials, looms up as a contender for the championship of the year. ♦
