CHOICE FAILS IN HANDICAP Blue Bonnets Feature Sprint Is Captured by McKell, With Cross-bones Landing Second. MONTREAL., Que., June 18. The Blue Bonnets Handicap, a test over the intermediate five and one-half furlongs route that attracted a half dozen good sprinters was the principal number arranged for Saturdays entertainment at the Blue Bonnets course of the Montreal Jockey Club. The result, was in the nature of an upset when McKell, the shifty son of Busy American Punctilious, carried the silks of F. Wood to a driving triumph. Crossbones, from the L. Seay Stable, a lightly regarded entrant, landed in second place. Prioress, of the Howe stable, earned third over the disappointing crioice, Arras. The two other starters were Genuine, from Mrs. R. T. Shepps stable, and L. Larners Kudos.
