1 SARATOGA TURF NOTES $ Harry F. Sinclair was an arrival Friday and will remain several days. Joseph M. Schenck, president of the Agua Caliente track, was an arrival today and will remain for some time. He will complete final details for the winter meeting-, which opens there late in the year. Joey Lavins arrived from New York and will stay for the remainder of the meeting. President G. H. Bull, of the Saratoga Racing Association, wired J. M. Smoot at Arcadia congratulations on the breaking of ground for his new track and a successful meeting. John McGraw came up for the week-end to witness the Travers. Joseph McLennan arrived from Chicago to interest horsemen in the Hawthorne Gold Cup to be run there. Equipoise and Faireno will be shipped from Saratoga to that point for the race.
