, 1 LINCOLN FIELDS NOTES J. B. Theall will remain here to campaign a few horses at Sportsmans Park and, following the close of that meeting, will ship to New Orleans. The stables of Harned Brothers, Lon Jones and Son, and a division of the C. V. Whitney establishment pulled out for Latonia. The remainder of the Whitney string gets away the last of the week. The Shady Brook Farm horses, in charge of James Moody, will be shipped to Latonia Wednesday night. Several other stables plan to get away at the same time. A division of Mrs. Payne Whitneys Green-tree Stable goes to Latonia Friday, and the balance a day later. Burley Parke is taking Benny Creechs horses to the Covington track Friday. Parkes young brother, Monte, one of the best of the jockey prospects introduced at Lincoln Fields, will perform at Latonia. J. T. Taylor will have sixteen head at Latonia for Mrs. E. L. Swikard and R. M. Eastman. The division of the Swikard stable at Fairmount Park and main division here move on to the Kentucky track Saturday. Stalls for Edward McCuans big stable have been reserved at Latonia, and the stable is expected from Fairmount Park early this week. Miss Blanche Watsons horses also go from Fairmount to Latonia. Trainer William Hoag had Dr. N. E. Southard apply the firing irons to P. H. Kricks four-year-old Gettin Even, a winner here last week, and Prince Dunroyal, a two-year-old chestnut gelding by Dunlin Royal Fern, also owned by Krick. Alcec Richard had his first mount since he had an attack of appendicitis a month ago when he rode The Okah in the sixth race here Monday. J. Lane, apprentice, left for Maryland, where he reports to Phil Router in charge of the John Marsch Stable. It was a big week-end for the Morrissey family, Mrs. John Morrissey presenting her husband with a daughter, and the storks visit made a grandfather of Harry Morrissey, the well known starter, who is sending the fields away here. The young mother and her child were doing splendidly Monday.
