HANFORD WINS GOLD WATCH HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., Oct. 3 "Buddy" Hanford won the 00 gold watch offered by the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association for being the leading jockey at the Havre de Grace meeting, thereby duplicating his feat of the spring session. He was on fourteen winners, R. Workman being second with eight winners.
