i ACCIDENT COSTS FOUR LIVES READING, Pa., Oct. 3. The appalling accident which occurred at the racetrack hero September 17 took the lives of four riders. Roy McCrann of Elizabeth, N. J., lived only a short time after Elston Lass stumbled in a race and brought six other horses down willi her. Jockeys Paul Klehofer of Washington, John Ryan and D. Williams of Philadelphia, injured in the same fall, have since passed away.
