FOR SATURDAYS BIG RACE Dynastic, The Darb, Technique and Other Stars Reach Latonia for Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes. LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 27 Mrs. Payne Whitneys Dynastic, C. V. Whitneys The Darb, Mrs. I. D. Sloanes Caesars Ghost and H. P. Headleys Technique, among the leading two-year-olds of the year and certain starters in the 8,000 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes, to be renewed at one mile here Saturday, were unloaded here this morning. All shipped in good fashion from the East, Dynastic, The Darb and Technique coming from Maryland and Caesars Ghost from New York. While a very accomplished youngster, the coming- West of Caesars Ghost added a surprise entry to the list of assured starters. Dynastic, son of Supremus and Chacolet, will carry the famous Greentree Stable colors, which the great Twenty Grand conveyed to a sensational victory in the last running of this rich prize over the Churchill Downs course in 1930. On that occasion Twenty Grand covered a mile in 1:36, a world record for two-year-olds, and won by only a nose over the brilliant Equipoise, star of the C. V. Whitney stable. Although beaten in the Selima Stakes at Laurel last Saturday, Technique, winner of the Breeders Futurity on the first Saturday of the current Latonia meeting, will have a, large following for Saturdays race. The Darb, second to the Headley filly in the Futurity, will be out to avenge that defeat and after his second stakes triumph of the season. Mrs. Sloanes Brookmeade Stable colors have never been seen here and many good judges believe that the son of Pompey and Bourbon Girl, here to carry them in their local debut, has a royal chance to bring them through victorious. Caesars Ghost is in charge of Harry Smith. In the same car with Technique, Dynastic and The Darb, J. A. Healey brought Mad Frump, the C. V. Whitney hope for the 0,000 Latonia Championsliip Stakes, to be decided over a mile and three-quarters here a week from Saturday. In the Championship this Whitney three-year-old will encounter Gallant Sir, Gusto, Cee Tee, Cathop, Rehoboth and possibly one or two others. This fixture shapes up as one of the real outstanding races of the year. i
