SHORTEN TANFORAN PROGRAMS SAN BRUNO, Jalif., Oct. 27. Tanforan programs will be shortened beginning Monday, for what may be the final week of. the long meeting. Seven races will be given each day, with the last race going postward about 4:45 p. m.This change in policy is mostly due to the early descent of darkness on the peninsula. The first race, as usual, will go postward at 2 p.m.
