CHINN CHANGES PLANS LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 27. The rain of yesterday caused Col. Phil T. Chinn to change his plans about shipping the sixty-five horses he will sell at Timonium Fair Grounds, in Maryland, on November 11. Instead of having a special train for all of them he will send the yearlings out next Sunday morning by express and the mares will be shipped three or four days later. Col. Chinn stated today that the yearlings would have their final trials over the Timonium track and that they would be able to show some splendid moves.
