WINDY CITY TO REMOUNT LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 27. The latest addition to the ranks of the Remount stallions is the good race horse Windy City, brown, 1926, by Upset Allivan, by Radium, winner of the American Derby in 1929. He was purchased from Frank IV. Grabner of Chicago through the office of Col. Thomas J. Johnson, in charge of Remount affairs in Lexington.
