1 PIMLICO TURF NOTES S . g Tommy McCarthy has decided to ship his good plater Broadway Lights to Hialeah Park at the conclusion of the Bowie meeting. E. G. Schaeffer stopped over at Pimlico to witness the running of the Futurity. The Schaeffer horses, which includes among others Chaumont, were sent direct to Jefferson Park at the conclusion of the Empire meeting. Joseph B. Boyle and T. K. Lynch, who look after the interests of the Bowie Association, state that many applications are pouring in from the east and middle-west for box reservations for the Prince Georges County meeting. Richard D. McMahon, manager of Warren Wrights Calumet Stud in Kentucky, is coming to Maryland next week and will remain until the conclusion of the Bowie meeting. M. Lowenstein returned from Lexington, where he went to try out the yearlings he has at that course. W. T. Anderson was a visitor at Pimlico. Like many other horsemen he will remain over to take in the racing at Bowie. Anderson has twenty-three horses at Columbia. He will ship half of the number to Hialeah Park and the remainder to Cuba. Jockey Pete Walls was suspended for the remainder of the meeting by order of the stewards for rough riding in the seventh race Saturday. A. n.
