WARNING- TO HORSEMEN NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 7. Due to recent trouble O. Pons had with state officials regarding the Louisiana state tick law, Dr. Edward P. Flowers, state veterinarian, has requested horsemen conveying their horses to New Orleans by van to turn to the right at McComb, Miss., and go through Liberty, then south at Quincy to Baton Rogue. This is a paved highway to Baton Rogue. On arrival at the state capitol, van men are requested to call on Dr. Flowers in order to assure safe passage to New Orleans.
