I LAT0NIA TURF NOTES Col. M. J. Winn left Saturday for his home in Chicago, where he will remain through the present week. Later Colonel Winn plans to take a short vacation before taking up the preliminary or tentative drafting of 1933 programs for the various tracks under his direction.
