WIDENER PATRON OF ART Joseph E. Widener, president of the Westchester Racing Association and the Miami Jockey Club, which operates Belmont Park in New York and Hialeah Park in Florida, who in addition races a big stable in England and France, as well as in this country, has loaned the Worlds Fair Century of Progress three paintings valued at 00,000.
