1 BAINBRIDGE TURF NOTES I Mad A.s workout at Thistle Down, over a track not at its best, has the rail birds talking. Mad A. was timed fractionally in :23, :47ts, 1:00, 1:12 and seven furlongs in 1:26. Lonell was clocked a mile and an eighth in 1:55. Fractional times: :23, :47, 1:13, 1:26, 1:40, 1:55. Sweepingly breezed six furlongs. The fractions: :23, :464i, :59, and the six furlongs in 1:14. Secret Mission and Emblis are the latest additions to the stable of Max Viseur. Both are three-year-old fillies and were purchased at private sale. Jockey R. Clemons was set down for five days for rough riding astride Ruth Jelinek on Decoration Day.
