1 LATONIA TURF NOTES F. P. Letellier sent six horses to Douglas Park. At that point, Letellier will take up nine yearlings which he will break and prepare for racing. The Audley Farms Prestige, Sally Forth and King Today, were vanned to Coney Island. Urchin and American Queen will be sent to Hawthorne along with Bright Shadow and Knights Gal. Andrew Ayers has succeeded Asa Harned as the trainer of Zahn. G. E. Lewis has arranged to ship his small stable to Hawthorne Saturday night. JocLey H. Louman was injured when thrown from a two-year-old Wednesday morning and although he filled his engagements Wednesday afternoon, he was forced to cancel Thursdays mounts. W. F. Knebelkamps Delivered, winner of the Queen City Handicap, was humanely destroyed when it was found impossible to save the unsexed son cf Lee O. Cottner. Oscar Vest, state railroad commissioner, is a visitor from his home at Carrollton, Ky. He inspected his two-year-old filly Lily May, which was sent to T. L. Pierce here and which Pierce will campaign at Coney Island. Charles Grayson stated that El Puma came out of his last race in a bad condition. He will be fired and turned out for a long rest. C. W. Hay, general manager of Washington Park, is a visitor. H. P. Headleys Big Beau, accompanied Technique from Arlington Park. The Head-ley horses were in charge of former jockey Jake Heupel.
