END ARCARO SUSPENSION ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, III., July 27. Following an examination of the horse Hot Shot by the track veterinarian, the stewards terminated the suspension of E. Arcaro. The track veterinarian reported Hot Shot lame from a bruised heel, which probably caused him to swerve in his race in which the stewards thought Arcaro guilty of rough riding.
