NRA BILL BEATEN IN MICHIGAN LANSING, Mich., March 30. The Michigan house of representatives defeated the Baginski bill by a vote of 43 to 41. This bill would have extended NRA principles to regulation of trade and industry in Michigan. By it the governor would have been permitted to sign state codes with the consent of various industries.
