KIDNAP "WRONG MAN" After having been held overnight by a band of kidnapers, Manuel Rodriguez of 1358 Madison Park, was released by his would-be abductors. They relieved him of 3 before releasing him. Rodriguez stated that he was freed when the leader of the gang saw that he was not the man wanted.
