AUTO KILLS MARCHER ELMSFORD, N. Y., April S. One man was killed and a dozen injured as an automobile rammed into the rear of a parade of Veterans of Foreign Wars. John Halliday, thirty-six years of age, chemist at Grassland Hospital and a Legionnaire, was the person killed. The driver was held, charged with third degree assault.
