1 RIVERSIDE PARK NOTES S; ts Jockey E. Ramsey, who rode Paul T. in the sixth race Monday, was injured when the the horse fell on him before the start Ramsey, gamely rode the horse and fainted after the running of the race and was carried to the track hospital on a stretcher.
