1 LATONIA TURF NOTES O - Jockey Mack Garner, who drew a ten-day suspension Monday, was allowed to ride out his engagements Tuesday. In accordance with the rules of the Kentucky Jockey Club, Garner will also be permitted to ride McCarthy in the Latonia Derby and his engagement In the Clipsetta Stakes. There will be a change in post time at Latonia, effective Thursday, May .30, and continuing for the remainder of the meeting. The first race will be at 2:00. Scratch time, Thursday, May 30, will be at 8:30 a. m., for that day only. Jockey Dublin Taylor recovered quickly from his fall on Monday, while astride Sada and will resume riding Wednesday. Aside from doing the engaging for jockey Frank Burley, Johnny McQuaid will also book mounts for apprentice Martin Fallon. R. H. Shelley, popular racing secretary, reports that prospects for the moat successful season on the western Canadian, tracks are rather bright and that he has th best class of horses ever to come to the Dominion to draw from for his future races.
