t CUTTEN CASE HEARD WASHINGTON, D. C, April 27. In a brief filed before the United States Supreme Court, Saturday, Arthur W. Cutten of Chicago told that high tribunal that the government had no legal right to issue an order barring him from the nations grain markets for two years. He contended there was "no evidence of conspiracy" and "no actual manipulation of grain prices." The Seventh Court of Appeals previously set aside the suspension action by the federal grain futures, commission.
