LARGE CROWD AT BEULAH GROVE CITY. Ohio, May 16.— Making his season debut, McKell wore down Flashing: Thru in the stretch and eventually annexed the Mills Restaurant Purse, fifth and fea- . tured event, rather handily at Beulah Park this afternoon. Flashing Thru, the pacemaker, was a handy second, with Tony Doo barely saving third from No Saint. Perfect conditions prevailed and the largest 1 crowd of the meeting attended. Beth Macaw wore down Feezie during the stretch test of the first. Mentality scored a similar victory over Altena in the second. Nagatha and Eline Nielsen led throughout to score in their respective races. Gay Days ran over | the leaders most decisively in the last quar- ter of the sixth race. I
