EC CARD WINS PRIZE HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 27. By riding fifteen winners, better than an average of one each day, during the fourteen-day meeting of the Harford Agricultural Association at Havre de Grace, which ended Tuesday, jockey R. Eccard won the 00 prize offered by general manager Edward Burke for the leading rider of the spring session. Jockey Maurice Peters, with thirteen victories, was in second place and just missed a tie with the skilful apprentice wlien his mount, Clingendaal, was beaten a nose in the fifth race. These two were well in advance of the other saddle artists.
