COURT SCANDAL AND FAIRY HILL TO CHURCHILL DOWNS HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 27. Trainer Walter Burrows, who guides the destinies of the Townsend B. Martin stable, shipped Court Scandal, a candidate for the Kentucky Derby, to Churchill Downs today, accompanied by Her Reigh. In another shipment, Fairy Hill, winner of the Santa Anita Handicap for the Foxcatcher Farm, was also sent to the scene of the classic by trainer Richard Handlen.
