NO DEATHS FROM RABIES IN 38 The Chicago Board of Health reported Monday that.no deaths occurred from rabies in the city during 1938, marking the second straight year in which no lives were taken as a result of this disease. This record was made even with 14,904 people being bitten by dogs.
