OPPOSE A "THIRD TERM" WASHINGTON, D. O, Dec. 28: Democratic senators are rallying to the support of an "anti-third term for presidents" resolution which Senator Rush D. Holt D., West Virginia, plans to introduce in the Senate next week, he claimed today. "Surprisingly," he said, "the most active support comes from the Democratic side." His resolution will be identical with the one adopted by the Senate in 1928 upon the motion of Senator La Follette, Holt asserted, adding, "it will be interesting to watch the flying trapeze act of those Democrats who voted for the resolution ten years ago and who are now opposed to it."
