SEABISCUIT DUE SATURDAY V ARCADIA, Calif., Dec. 28 . Seabiscuit is expected to arrive at Santa Anita Saturday morning. The coming of the brilliant son of Hard Tack has been the main topic of conversation at the Arcadia course for the past two days and he is assured a warm welcome when he is unloaded from the cars. The decision of owner Charles S. Howard to race Americas favorite thoroughbred in i his home state has created much favorable comment and the ever-popular owner will find himself the man of the hour when he visits Santa Anita for the first time this season. Owner Howard enjoyed the Christmas holidays with his family in the North and is expected to arrive at Santa Anita for the opening.
