Levin Bauer in Saddle Bow STANTON, Del., May 31.— Another apprentice rider made his debut at Delaware Park today. The youngster is Levin Bauer of Harford County, Md. Bauer is under ontract to Morton Newmeyer. for whom ie rode Beggar in the sixth race.
