TALK OYER, lucky to escape l lie ciowdiug soon after the start, held sway in hand to the stretch and, ridden out. had little left. BIP, sharply breed back by EL OSUNA leaving the starting gatp, was slow to settle into stride but closed a gap on the outside in the stretch and appeared much the best. EL OSUNA swerved in soon after the start. Went prominently and held on fairly well under weak handling. DOC WAGNER, also impeded early, closed f.---t in a fine ettoit. DERIVATIVE, far back early, started up after reaching the stretch and. continuing with determination to the end, got up in the last stride. BOLD CHANCE, made his move gradually and held on gamely but was not good enough. BESSIE VANCE took command with a rush, bore to the inside in the stretch and began to tire before going five-eighths. SHUSH, outrun from the start, came stoutly through the last three-sixteenths. PERE MARKETTE held on well. ESPRaTU had early speed. MEMPHIAN tired badly.
