Change Daily Double Time JAMAICA. L. I.. N. Y., May 31— Beginning Monday, with the opening of the 18-day spring meeting at Belmont Park, the Daily Double windows will open and close five minutes earlier than at present. The windows, as usual, will be open for one hour from 12:10 to 1:10 p. m. Permission to make this change was granted the Westchester Racing Association by the New York State Racing Commission, whose rules require that the windows close 15 minutes before post time for the first race. The Daily Double will continue to be on the first and second events.
