Dr. L. M. Holmes in Stand NORTH RANDALL. Ohio. May 31.— Dr. L. if. Holmes is serving as a steward for the Thistle Down meeting at Randall Park which opened Saturday and continues through July 6. A well-known turf figure, I having been a former owner and also a racing official, he served as a steward afe i New Orleans years ago. Hoimes replaces J F. Gallagher. The second man in the stand is the well-known Harry R. AUshoiLse.
