SINSHO. on the outside throughout, came gamely when roused for the drive and, after taking command, held CELTICS safe. The latter, foiwardly placed and saving ground from the outset, linished willingly under urging, but could not menace the winner. PHANATAM, much used racing JOHN ARRC into defeat, failed to stay after reaching the lead. MACS QUEST could not better his position under good handling. OAK TWIG was outrun. SANGONE was hustled into command and, responding to a steady hand ride, appeared ready to draw clear at the finish. LIGHT COUNT held on determinedly when set down for the drive, but was not good enough for the winner. GOODY GUMDROP, outrun to the stretch, closed under punishment. RELHEUB SIS had no mishaps. BLENBAN larked early speed. BUCK THIRTEEN was done early and did not like the muddy track. HIGH EAST eould not keep up. tiling badlv during the stretch inn. BULL PLAY, reserved while racing within striking distance of LAZY BONES to the stretch, disposed of the latter when ready and won with si cd in reserve. LAZY BONES went to the front at once, made the pace to the stretch, but was not good enough for the winner, although best of the others. FOXWISE raced evenly and had no excuse. EASY CHANCE worked his way up steadily after beginning sluggishly, took command near the stretch and drew clear under urging. SALVO came to the inside for the drive and finished resolutely, but could not reach the winner. BLUE LINE went to the front early, but failed to retain her advantage, tiring during the stretch run. SANTA ELISA raced tvenly and had no excuse. NORTH FIRE did not like the niuddyveoing. UNKNOWN REWARD began fast but could not keep up. DESERT BATTLE tired. Scratched— 75034 Augustina, 106. HY-GATO, outrun to the stretch, finished willingly in the middle of the track. TOPY ME could not threaten and had no excuses. MOMO FLAG, in hand while racing close to the pace to the stretch, came out slightly for the drive and, responding to vigorous -ging, disposed of CLANSMAN in the last sixteenth mile. CLANSMAN was taken to the middle of the tiaik for the stretch run and, after having the lead, held on determinedly but eould not withstand the winner. BOY SOLDIER, much used racing CAPT. CAUTION into defeat, faltered during the late stages. RED DOCK could not improve his position and had no mishaps. CAPT.
