DEVILS BIT, under steadv in restraint while following the pace, moved well on the extreme outside and was up under strong handling. SAVING lacked speed tor three quarters, moved with a rush on the extreme outside and closed well to be going best at the end. HIGH PRIORITY was going niceU when shut off on the inside leaving the three-quarter post, remained on the inside and fought it out willingly after reathing contention in the early stretch. SHOVE OFF was well rated while setting the pace, held on determinedly, but was crowded in the closing drive. HILL FOX improved his position menacingly itt the earh stretch and then was unable to do his best when raught between horses. CHANCE ACE raced very wide at the first turn, moved into the runner-up position going into the backstretch. forced the pace to the stietch, then tired. Corrected weight — High Priority, 115.
