New Post for Bainbridge CAMDEN, N. J., June 5.— Garden State Park has appointed Marshall Bainbridge as the tracks public relations counsel. In this capacity, Bainbridge will serve as an ambassador of good will and also as a liaison officer. Jack FitzGerald, publicity director at Garden State for the last two years, continues in that assignment. On the grounds since the second week in May, FitzGerald will formally open his office on June 15.
