Bay Meadows to Ask Dates LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 5.— The California Horse Racing Board will meet here tomorrow at 10 a. m. in room 1006 of the State Bldg. William P. Kyne, general manager of Bay Meadows, will request dates for a spring meeting at the San Mateo plant. Santa Anita will make application for fifty days of racing, from December 28, 1946, to March 15, 1947. The Board will consider a number of other matters, including several stimulation cases.
