RINALDO was sent up fast on the inside for the stretch run and, under pressure, diew away. GAELIC GIFT was eased back when outrun, responded to urging and finished with a rush on the outside. CALL AGAIN showed speed from the start, disposed of KEEP MOVING in the stretch, then faltered. The latter was sent up fast after the start, then tired. INSCRIBE was sluggish early, but finished fast. ON THE HALF improved his position steadily, came to the outside of the leaders rounding the stretch turn, was bumped by SUPER DUPER near-ing the final furlong, then proved best in the final drive. SUPER DUBER. a prominent factor from the start, was bothered slightly when the winner bore in on the stretch turn, then came again at the end. SAM BERNARD was a prominent factor from the beginning and held on well. BLUNT REMARK had early speed while saving ground and faltered. PAPER CUP showed a good effort. DARBY DEVON had no mishap. ASSAULT was eased back in the early running and steadied along, moved up on the inside rounding the far turn, came between horses on the stretch turn, was bumped and forced wide by LETS DANCE, responded to urging and wore down the leaders in the final drive. LETS DANCE, close to the pace from the gate, moved up stoutly rounding to the stretch turn, drifted out sharply and held on well to the end. COINCIDENCE, on the inside rounding to the stretch turn, saved much ground when the leaders went wide and, under pressure, held on well. STYMIE was outrun early, improved his position on the outside going to the far turn and was forced wide on the stretch turn and bumped, then hung at the end. WINDFIELDS showed high early speed, but tired in the late stages. CALVADOS had no mishap. BROWN MOGUL was under stout restraint early, was squeezed back on the stretch turn and flattened out. FLAME OF INDIA improved her positon on the outside and, under pressure, finished with good courage. POTOP.C was taken up at the start, but tried to bear out going to the first turn and was never a factor thereafter aim roused. HYFLARE made up some ground on the outside at the end.
