Blue Train Sandown Winner SURRY, England, May 3. — Reuters. — The Sandown Park Trial Stakes, over a mile and a quarter, was won today by His Majestys Blue Train, who started a 4 to 7 favorite, by three lengths over Savernake, with Permanent Way another three lengths behind. There were only four starters. Blue Train, who is impeccably bred, being by the Derby winner, Blue Peter, out of the classic winner, Sun Chariot, received a great ovation from the crowd as he went up the hill to register a clear-cut victory in his first outing of the season. He is a stable companion to Tudor Minstrel, winner of the Two Thousand Guineas.
