Four Railroads Cut Service - - By the United Press Railroads cut service yesterday as the deadline approached for a coast-to-coast strike today against four big rail systems in 26 states. The Pennsylvania and the Southern announced embargoes on both passenger and freight traffic, and the Santa Fe said it Is curtailing some of its passenger traffic. The New York Central, fourth system involved in the threatened walkout, was expected to announce curtailments later today.
